Days Inn by Wyndham Acworth

Clean room that looked recently renovated. The staff was very nice. No elevator to the second floor. Breakfast was all breads. And, the coffee was out of a machine and the cups were super tiny. Walking distance to a Waffle House, an IHOP, and a RaceTrac.

They do have a washer and dryer; however, they don’t provide quarters or have a place to get change, so I ended up driving to the nearest laundromat. The motel is surrounded by parked semi-trucks. Overall, you get what you pay for.

My room was clean, spacious, and had what I needed. I may not agree with the color scheme or the design choices made, but you will not find a better deal considering the price paid.

The room decor is dated, and needs to be upgraded. The air conditioner probably needs a filter change because the room smelled musty. The mattress cover under the sheet had a large brown dirt streak on it where I could see it when the fitted sheet started to come off the corner. You can hear your neighbors talking in the rooms around you and when they use the water the pipes squeal through your room. On the positive side, it's close to the freeway, it's cheap, it's located by restaurants and stores, and it was near to where my sister and brother in law were staying in their 5th wheel camper so i could easily go to the lake and hang out with them during the day and was just using the room to sleep at night. Since I wasn't using the room as my primary place to spend my days, it was fine.

The cleaning staff were excellent. They very accommodating. My bedding was stained but when I ask for it to be changed, without hesitation it was changed.

This DaysInn was clean, family-run, comfortable and safe, economical choice just off the highway. The manager was very helpful, and the rooms spacious and great for what we needed, sleeping and working between family events nearby.

The location was good. Breakfast was simple with mostly grab and go items. There was a waffle maker. The beds were comfy and our 2 rooms were clean. The rooms seemed humid even with using the AC.

This is our go to hotel now. It is conveniently located and a restaurant in front of the hotel. The staff remember us being there a few weeks earlier. Get a good nite's sleep and a clean place. I didn't have any problems.

This is such a great place to stay. I would recommend that if anyone is traveling to Acworth (or surrounding areas) to book a room here. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, very quiet, and the bed is the best sleep you’ll have!

The staff are friendly. I forgot my pillow and they actually called to tell me. They even held on to it for two weeks until I could come back to get it. Breakfast was well stocked. The rooms were very clean. The beds are small but comfortable. I stayed here twice

The owner is funny and laid back. Great staff at the front desk. They have a great breakfast selection (I just never get up on time to go lol), and the rooms are very clean. The bed is sooooo comfortable. The decor makes you feel like you’re in a tropical resort. Did I mention the best part? They are the cheapest place around!

Booked for 4 nights and only stayed one night went to cancel the rest of the days and they said they did. Told me 4 days to get my money back, it’s been 8 days. I don’t think they canceled it

The room was very clean and the breakfast was good!

Although the place has been redone, it’s still an older facility after staying at the Hampton Inn down the street. This was definitely several notches below in terms of everything. Definitely not horrible, but probably would spend the extra money and stay somewhere a bit nicer.

Definitely not the 8 out of 10 on hotels.com. Check-in was great, desk help was spot on. Got to the room, 3 people checked in but only 2 towel sets. Had to walk back to the front for another set. Room itself was average. Shower had mold in all corners of the room. No amenities other than a tv. Sitting on the chair, look over at the wall and a bug is scurrying past the bed on the wall and up the headboard. Killed it but at this point its too late to request change rooms, its the middle of the night. Room itself is hot because management turns off the AC/Heat units when no one is in the room. Turned it on only to have this overwhelming mold and mildew stinch which is now layered on us. Quickly turned it off. The fridge ran all night and kept nothing cold. HIGHLY recommend not staying here. I would give this hotel a 3 out of 10 stars for 2 thungs, the front desk help and that the outside of the building looked freshly painted.

Hotel was hard to find

It was close to the Interstate and was clean inside the room. I did not like the fact that the doors open to the outside. Traveling as a single female, I requested a room on the second floor to feel more safe. The breakfast and coffee options were poor. The food consisted of ultra processed foods and one carafe of coffee with styrofoam cups.

Staff was not very helpful with resolving issues. Only stayed one night (2/20) returned room keys Saturday morning (2/21)at 6:15am to the front desk due to tournament cancelation for the following day as result of decreased team participation. Insread of being charged for one day I was charged for both days. I would like that corrected.

The room was filthy. There were smears and smudges all over the walls, the bathroom floor was sticky. There were people in the parking lot loitering. there were loud noises all night.

Nothing Everything. Not a good location. Right off interstate with a lot of noise and a lot of traffic with truckers. Room was not comfortable and needed to be cleaned better. Did not smell good. I sprayed with Lysol I had. Bathroom had mildew. Breakfast options were sparse and did not look appealing. I did not eat. Room was lower end on price because of condition. Would not stay there again.

This was a bare minimum MOTEL. They "say" they have 100 channels for "cable" thats not true at all most are duplicates and then the rest are news channels. Accommodations were basic as well. A nice stay for an overnight. We were heading home, to Ontario, from Florida and book this last minute. It was clean, and hit the mark for a restful night sleep. Easy to get to right off of I75. We will definitely circle this on our map.

The price and location were the best parts of my stay. I will also say that the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was very basic and lacking fresh fruit as a choice. Service was not as friendly as I have come to expect when traveling in Georgia, but did get the job done. I was driving a moving truck with trailer and there was adequate parking on street to accommodate my rig. I would recommend staying if you need very basic lodging for a night or two.

Loved the room. Very clean and fresh in all respects. Beds were very comfortable. I especially liked the cameras surveilling of the parking areas. I rested much better knowing these cameras were in place and working. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was clean and fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay at Days Inn again.

But, he Seemed to have an issue with most everyone I saw him talk to, including myself. Didn’t understand it. I was going to stay a few more days and decided to leave because of this.

I specifically asked my card not be debited or used and we presented my mother's card at the desk and I was told that it would be no issue and they would change my mother's card to the one on file to be debited. The entirety of the stay was debited onto my card regardless and in spite of the hotel never touching or interacting with my card directly in any way. My mother is now out time and money trying to correct this mistake. Truly annoying and very inconvenient.

As a Black family, it felt like we were being singled out, which is completely unacceptable. Between being misled about the refund and being made to feel uncomfortable during breakfast, I will never return to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone.

This motel looked nothing like it did in the picture. The room smelled of cigarettes when we first entered. Then smelled of pot when we re-entered after dinner. Everything looked worn and shabby.

2 star hotel (your rating online) is an overstep, and I'm doubtful of an 8.5 out of 10 customer rating.. Here's why- Immediately smells like an ashtray. Holes in the walls. Paint falling off. Some kind of substance stuck to the ceiling. Stains and piles of dirt in the ground - worst of all in the bathroom.. Towels are unfolded and crumpled into their cubby. I don't trust this place is clean, which makes me scared to even pull the covers back. Ultimately, this room is unacceptable.

Rarely leave reviews, Photoshop pictures have nothing in common with the real motel. Old, run down, patched up walls, shower stall that barely drains. It was clean though. 1star “side of the road” motel level. It’s cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for. Owners were friendly though. They need to put little money back into the motel.

I booked this hotel last minute for one night only. It served it's purpose of somewhere to sleep. I didn't realize it was a motel, but it was clean and comfortable needing only a few minor repairs.

The Days Inn was old and dirty. I will start with the outside of the building. There was trash all around the building. Lots of truckers and big trucks were all around. The ice maker and washer and dryer an outside in the very back of the building. I didn’t feel safe walking to the back of the building to get ice. Not to mention, I didn’t feel safe using the ice because the machine was dirty from being out in the weather. The were huge mouse traps (house) and towels on top of traps. They were near the stairs, office, near the drink machine and all around. The doors to the room face out to the parking lot. There were several doors that had been patched up because there were holes in them. My door had a big patch. Inside the room the paint was peeling off. The towels, wash clothes, hand towels, and sheets were old, thin and brown. They looked like they had been use to clean muddy shoes or even tires. The sheets had had stains on them and were knotted up from being used so much and because they were cheap. The bed was so uncomfortable. The mattress was had a hump in the middle. The baseboards were filthy with little black curly hair. The cost for this room was extremely too high for this run down two “queen” (more like full size beds) and one night.

This is a very clean, very quiet property. I travel frequently and this is genuinely one of the cleanest & quietest I have seen. Has ev chargers if you need that. We would certainly return

Check-in was easy and fast. They put me exactly where I requested “on the quiet side away from stairs”. The room was cool, comfortable and clean. Beds were nice and they brought me an extra blanket as soon as I requested one.

Very clean updated room and furnishings. Motel style with parking right outside the rooms. Did not hear any I75 traffic. Breakfast was basic but got us on the road quickly. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Noise is heard everything in the neighboring rooms, I'm not sure if the bed sheets were really changed because there were hairs and they were like crumpled from someone having slept previously

But the horribly old, stained bedding, along with the bed skirt being torn made sleeping a miserable experience. No closet - just hangers on a hook. Bathroom door is beaten up pretty badly. Towels may have been clean (questionable) but just shoved into a hole on the wall. And the adult diaper laying outside the office should’ve tipped us off to all of this but arriving late sometimes forces you to do things you wouldn’t normally (oh and it’s still there today). Breakfast was a joke. We ate out. And why offer online check in if you still have to repeat the process when arriving.

Staying for just a night passing through the area. The hotel is ok for that but if I were staying in town longer I would not stay here. The rooms are smaller than expected and there is a homeless issue.

The manager was great. The bathroom door was a little squeaky, and it was taken care of immediately. Also, the hotel has a Tesla charger and he made it so convenient to use.

The man at the front desk was initially rude and had attitude. Attitude was like his doing me a favor...take it or leave it.

The entry door is needing new weather seal(can see light around it at night). Cold air comes into the room from the wall heat/ air unit. The bathroom door was worn, and delaminating in places, The tub could use a better caulking

Took a long time to check in . I don’t think she knows what she’s doing. Finally got in the room had no heat in the room went to the service desk. She kept giving me the same key back. I don’t think she understands service. Finally, she sent me in another room. she needs to get off her personally phone. Maybe she can help somebody very bad service.

This room was as clean as any Five Star hotel I've stayed in. We had what we needed and the beds were comfortable.
